Custom Reports.  For the advanced user, our powerful query wizard allows you to build reports from the ground up.  You can produce custom statements, pledge reports, or even complex graphs without having to enter a single line of code.

Express Reports.  If you’re like most people, you want your reports fast and easy.  Our express reporting feature allows you to create the reports you need in just three simple steps.  Using our tabular navigation and step-by step layout wizard, even intermediate computer users can create their own reports.

Easiest

Canned Reports.  There’s nothing like the satisfying feeling of creating your own report from scratch, but the truth is you’ll probably never have to bother.  360° Solutions comes with a complete inventory of canned reports.  We’ve created these reports for you based on feedback and suggestions from clients, and included prompts and customization options that you can change according to your needs.

  • Favorites – Mark a report as a favorite so you can quickly locate the reports you use most often.
  • Mail Merge – Our mail merge feature enables you to easily merge your 360° Solutions data with Word® documents.
  • Schedule – 360° Solutions allows you to schedule a report to run automatically.  Using your set schedule, you can choose to have your report printed, saved or emailed as needed.
  • Export – Exporting data from 360° Solutions is simple.  Any information can be exported into the file format that you need such as Excel®, Access® or text for easy data sharing and manipulation.
  • Support – Having trouble getting what you need?  No problem.  Just click on the support button to have your entire report package emailed to DDC.  Our skilled team will quickly respond and help you construct the report you need or make the necessary changes and return the report to you.
  • Business Intelligence – Our query builder isn’t limited to generating reports.  Use our combination of features to set rules and alerts to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.  Our query builder allows you to establish business rules based on information entered – or even data NOT entered.  For example, you can set an alert to notify you if Mr. Jones’ annual gift falls below his previous year’s giving level.  Fundraiser 360° automatically notifies you so you can act accordingly.
  • Update Data Globally – Use our update query option to globally add, edit and delete information, create reminders, or bill annual dues en masse.  You can even combine an update query with a schedule to make sure all your data is up-to-date.
  • Bookmarks – Using the bookmarking feature, you can easily navigate your way through a lengthy report. data is indexed and listed compactly so that you can easily jump to the line item you need.
  • Data Drill-Down – All 360° Solutions reports contain live links so that you can jump to the data for a more detailed view of the information you’re interested in.
  • Graphs and Charts – For those times when a text-based report won’t give you the clearest picture, you can use our many graph and chart types to create stimulating visuals.
